Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and how to reach either.
TwoNote is published by a private individual acting in a non-professional capacity. French law allows such a publisher to withhold their name and address from the site itself, provided they are disclosed to the hosting provider, which is the case here. They can be reached at contact@twonote.ink.
This applies for as long as the service is free. The moment a paid plan opens, the publisher becomes a professional and must publish full identity details here — name, address, registration number and VAT number where applicable.

Both the servers and the object storage holding your encrypted attachments are located in the European Union. Nothing we hold is stored outside it.
TwoNote ships whole free-software runtimes into your browser, and two of them are copyleft. They are listed, with their licences and the written offer for their corresponding source, on the licences page at /license.
contact@twonote.ink reaches the publisher directly, with or without an account. Use it for questions, for reporting content reachable through a share link, for security disclosures, and for anything concerning your personal data. The contact form on this site delivers to the same place and records the date your message arrives.
Widgets published to the store are written by their authors, not by us, and they are the one thing here we can read. Each one carries a report button in the application itself, which is the quickest route: it names the widget and its version for us. This address works just as well, and is the only one if you have no account.
